Active listings represent properties that are currently available for sale, with no offer to purchase having been accepted.
Under Contract Listings
Under Contract listings represent properties in which an offer to purchase the property has been accepted. This also includes listings where an offer has been accepted, but the property is still being marketed to solicit additional, back up offers.
Off Market Listings
Off Market listings represent properties that are not actively being marketed or shown, either for a temporary period of time or for the remaining duration of the listing agreement.
Sold listings are listings where the property has sold and title has transferred from the seller to the buyer.
