Vineyard Real Estate

Vineyard, Utah is nestled between Orem and Utah Lake. It is one of the smallest cities in the state and was incorporated as a town in 1989. It was finally certified as a city in 2016. The first settlers arrived around 1899 and began growing grapes, which is where the town gets its name as the area was known for its vineyards. While the city may be new and smaller, it is booming. With easy access to I-15 and plenty of amenities in neighboring Orem, Provo, and Lindon, Vineyard is ideal for anyone looking for plenty of opportunities with the charm of a rural community.

Things to do

Vineyard Grove Park and Splash Pad – The park has a unique playground with a large circular climbing gym for kids to explore. Around the outside of the climbing toy are spinners and rockers as well as an area for toddlers to explore. There is also a zipline and a variety of swings. The splash pad is open from Memorial Day through Labor Day weather permitting. It’s a fun, unique park experience many local families enjoy.

Geneva Megaplex – The new theater sits on the former Geneva Steel site and is part of an ongoing revitalization project. There are 13 screens with VIP luxury and premium seating. You’ll also find a food court with a variety of food options, a snack zone, and a Coca Cola Freestyle Beverage System with more than 100 different soft drink choices.

Waters Edge Park and Trail – This brand new super park opened in May of 2020 and sits on 18 acres. The park features the largest splash pad in Utah, pickleball and tennis courts, a soccer field, basketball hoops, and plenty of pavilions for picnicking. It also provides walking and biking trails.
