That being said, we can only provide this HIGH LEVEL OF SERVICE by being paid a reasonable commission. Full time assistants, marketing and advertising, client events, etc. do not come cheap.

 

Our Listing Agent Commission (LAC), with the minimum recommended Buyer’s Agent Commission (BAC) is as followed:
