Our SUB-4-SANTA families and fundraiser for 2016!

The Jared Fields Team (RE/MAX Results) and Lane Aldrich (First Colony Mortgage) are excited to announce our third annual Sub-4-Santa program and fundraiser for 2016! We have selected 5 very deserving families, consisting of 27 total individuals, who are in serious need of assistance this holiday season; and we are thrilled to be able to help provide Christmas for them! BUT WE NEED YOUR HELP!

SUB-4-SANTA 2016!

The Jared Fields Team will be providing for each family a Christmas dinner ($50 gift card to HoneyBaked Hams), a $100 gift card to Target, dessert/treats and a new family movie/DVD.

** UPDATED 11/29: ALL INDIVIDUALS HAVE BEEN SPONSORED! THANK YOU ALL SO MUCH FOR YOUR WILLINGNESS TO GIVE THIS SEASON! WE GLADLY WELCOME ADDITIONAL SUPPORT ON OUR  GoFundMe Campaign ***

We need your help sponsoring each individual to provide $125-$200 worth of new/unused gifts.

Below you will find more information on each family and their individual needs. If you would like to sponsor an individual, please select from this list and let us know the first name and last initial of the individual(s) you would like to sponsor. Please send us at least two options for every one person you would like to sponsor (in case multiple people request the same individual).

If you become a sponsor, you will need to have all gifts need to be wrapped, labeled with the individual's first name and last initial, and delivered to our office no later than Monday, December 12th (our Client Appreciation Meet Santa, Hot Chocolate and Donuts, and Deliver Gifts Event). Sponsors can deliver gifts to our office anytime prior to that during normal business hours (Monday - Friday 9am-5pm).

We also invite and welcome you to join us for this Client/Sponsor Appreciation Event that evening from 6-8pm at RE/MAX Results, 532 E. 800 N. in Orem. This free event will have dessert, hot chocolate, and professional photos with SANTA!

You can sponsor one individual, multiple individuals, or even an entire family. If you have special access or discounts to some item or product, and would like to give it as a gift to each family, please let us know (handmade gifts, gift cards, food, etc.).

If you are not in a position to sponsor an individual (time or financial constraints), you can still help by provide a financial donation through our GoFundMe Campaign. These funds will be divided up equally among the 5 families and will be given to them as gift cards to Target. We'd like to raise $2,000 through this account so that we can give each family an additional $400 in gift cards to Target.

To show our appreciation to all those who participate in this Sub-4-Santa program, for your individual sponsorship, or donation of $40 or more, you will receive priority reservation status and VIP seating at our upcoming STAR WARS: ROGUE ONE Movie Premiere event to be held Thursday, December 15th!

To submit your sponsorship of an individual (or for more information),  please send an email to Brieanne (Marketing Director for The Fields Team) at admin@thefieldsteam.com & marketing@thefieldsteam.com.

**If needed, you can contact Brieanne via phone/text at (208) 251-3647**

We will update this blog article with the first name and last initial of assigned sponsors. You will be notified by the end of Thanksgiving day for those who send in emails before 5 p.m. on Thanksgiving so that you can take advantage of Black Friday sales for your sponsorship. Please don't start purchasing gifts until you receive a confirmation of your sponsorship.

You can give gift cards, clothing items, toys, electronics, etc., but a value of at least $125 and no more than $200 (we would like to keep it fair/even among all individuals, especially siblings). If you'd like to donate more than this, please let us know and we can help you give more to the family as a whole.

We ask that all the gifts be wrapped, have the name of the individual on the gift and delivered to our office no later than the end of our Client Appreciation Santa Event on December 12th. We will have collection jars out at this Santa Event for donations to this fundraiser and ask that everyone who comes to this event who are not already sponsors to please donate at least a little at this time. This is also a great way to ensure 100% of your donations will go to these families (as gofundme takes a small cut of donations). If you would rather just write a check to the Team for this fundraiser, please let us know and we can make arrangements.

The gifts will be delivered to the families sometimes between December 13th and 23rd. The Team Member responsible for the family will organize a time to deliver the gifts, snacks and other items and carol to the family, and we will invite all the sponsors to join (and anyone else who wants to join and partake in the amazing experience that this will be).

This is an incredible opportunity to show and teach our children about service, love, giving, sacrificing of our time and money and caring for our neighbors in need.

THANK YOU in advance! We are thrilled to join forces with you to provide some major holiday cheer to some very deserving families in our community!
