Estimated Average Market Values:
Scandia End Units (1600+sq.ft) - $144,000 to $152,000
Copenhagen End Units - $144,000 to $155,000
Eastgate 3 Bed End Units - $144,000 to $153,000
Values are almost back up to pre-recession levels (2007/2008) and the highest they have been in 6-7 years! As mortgage interest rates go up, as they are expected to do in 2016, we expect these values to top off slightly. So there is a good chance for a at least some appreciation in 2016 but not like anything we saw in 2013 and 2015. Our current expectation for these townhouses is a very stable market and values over the next 12-18 months. But keep an eye on interest rates, China and the presidential election!
